Please read the following Terms of Service before you agree to Scoop Doggy Doo Pet Waste Management Service. A copy of these terms will be emailed along with your initial quote.
Scoop Doggy Doo ("us", "we", "our") is a fully insured, independently owned and operated business that provides pet waste management services to residences. The customer ("you", "your") accepts the following terms set forth in this article that govern the sales and services provided by us. By accepting the services, you hire us for, you are bound to these Terms.
The customer understands that our services can be dependent on weather conditions, grass height, debris and leaf accumulation, and access to your yard. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide access on your scheduled scooping date and to keep the lawn at a respectable height and free of debris and leaf accumulation.
Scoop Doggy Doo offers residential pet waste management services. These services include: Weekly, Biweekly, One time scooping, Seasonal scooping and deck or patio spot cleaning and sanitizing. Weekly, biweekly, and one time per month services are subject to a MONTHLY subscription. All scooping prices are based on how many pets we're scooping for as well as yard size.
The customer understands if Scoop Doggy Doo cannot access the area to be scooped due to safety, locked or blocked gates that the scooping service will be skipped and charges for that day will still apply. We will notify the customer promptly by the customers preferred contact method. If we are able to come back within the week, we will but it's not guaranteed.
Scoop Doggy Doo LOVES animals. However, we prefer that customers dog(s) are kept indoors while we scoop your yard. Not only for our yard technician’s safety, but for your dog(s) safety as well. We understand that keeping your dog(s) indoors may not always be possible. If your dog must be present during our scooping visit... there will be a mandatory meet and greet prior to your scooping service starts. Scoop Doggy Doo reserves the right to deny scooping service if your pet is aggressive or if your pet(s) is a known escape artist. This will be on a case-by-case basis. If it's been determined that your dog may stay in the yard during our scooping visit and your dog(s) shows any aggression at any time to any of our yard technicians, or won't let us in your yard, your scooping service will be skipped for that day and you will be promptly notified. Any future scoops the dog(s) must be kept indoors. No refunds will be issued if we must skip your scooping service that day due to not being able to access your yard and we will pick up the additional waste on your next scheduled scooping visit.
To schedule service call or email Scoop Doggy Doo for a free quote. We will ask you the size of your yard, how many pets we will be scooping for, what type of service plan you wish to schedule for, your address, your primary email address, how to access your property, if your pets will be on premises, and the current condition of your yard and how often you currently scoop your yard. We may even ask for a photo of your yard and its present condition. An initial quote will be provided and emailed to the customer. Once the quote has been accepted, approved and 50% deposit has been made by the customer, we will schedule your first service. If the customer is scheduled for Weekly, biweekly, or once a month service, your scooping day will be assigned and will remain the same day of the week every week. Scoop Doggy Doo does reserve the right to change your service day to accommodate a growing and changing business. We will notify you at least 24 hours in advance. The time of scooping on your scheduled day may vary due to how many customers are booked for that day, traffic, weather etc. Typical hours of operation will be between 10am and 6pm. You will be sent a reminder email the day before your scheduled service and a remider text the day of your scheduled service. If you must cancel your scooping for that week/day a 24-hour notice is required. Refunds will not be provided (no exceptions) if you cancel your scooping and are on one of the monthly service contracts ... there will be double the amount of waste for our yard technicians to pick up on our next visit. All yards must be accessible for the entire day on your day of scooping service. Once your scooping is completed, we will lock your gate and hang notification on your door that your service is completed. All waste will be double bagged and placed in your trash receptacle. If you would like Scoop Doggy Doo to haul away your pet waste, an additional fee of $5 will be added to each scooping visit.
Scoop Doggy Doo is a year-round service. We will scoop your yard in rain, snow, sleet, and sunshine! However, during dangerous weather conditions such as: thunder and lightning storms, tornado warnings, ice storms, flooding, extreme heavy winds, extreme high or low temperatures or extreme snow accumulations. We will notify you immediately and skip your scooping service that week and will scoop up double on the following scheduled visit. No refunds will be provided since we will be doing double the work next visit. If we can add your scoop in that week (no guarantees) to make up for the missed visit, we will notify you promptly. Please note: during winter months there may be times when the waste is frozen on the ground or buried under snow. Scoop Doggy Doo will do our best to pick up what we can. But if we cannot see it, or scrape it up, we will get it as soon as the snow melts or ground thaws out.
-Scoop Doggy Doo will observe the following Holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
-Scoop Doggy Doo will be closed: May 28th, June21st-26th, July 5th, September 3rd, November 29th, December 26th and 27th
Scoop Doggy Doo reserves the right to change hours of operation and shut down dates as needed. Scoop Doggy Doo will notify customers by email and or telephone of any changes in advance.
Scoop Doggy Doo yard techs will arrive wearing branded clothing so you will know who we are at all times!
Scoop Doggy Doo uses professional equipment to scoop your yard. That includes: large waste buckets, rakes and if needed flat shovels. All equipment is sanitized with pet safe, and EPA registered sanitizing solution thoroughly before even setting foot in your yard.
Scoop Doggy Doo technicians prefer to work in maintained yards free of tall grass, leaves, and debris. However, our yard technicians will always do our best at scooping up your pets waste. We use the north, south, east, and west grid pattern to sweep your yard. We understand that your yard conditions may not always be ideal, but we will always scoop up what we can see and reach! If any waste was missed due to the above-mentioned conditions, we will get it on your next scheduled scooping service day.
Scoop Doggy Doo is a monthly pet waste management subscription service and we pre bill all monthly, weekly, and biweekly scooping services. You will receive an invoice the day of your first scooping and will be charged for the first visit as well as the remaining scooping’s for that month(minus your deposit). That payment is due immediately after your first scooping (same day) through the Jobber client portal. After your first scoop and the remaining present month is paid for, your credit card (that's on file and associated with your account) will be automatically charged on the Last day of every month for the following month of service. For monthly, weekly, and biweekly subscription scooping services, invoices will be emailed out on the last day of every month for the upcoming month of service (remember we pre bill). At that time, if there were any add-on services, late charges etc. from the previous month, it will be reflected on the invoice mailed out on the last day of the month. If your credit card on file is declined for any reason, we will notify you immediately. If a payment method is not resolved prior to your next scheduled scooping, your service will be discontinued immediately.
For all one-time and spring clean up scooping’s, payment is due immediately (same day of service)
Scoop Doggy Doo may make an exception for those that don't use email or wish to pay electronically. In that event, we will work out a payment method that works for both the customer and Scoop Doggy Doo.
Accepted forms of payment: Visa, Master Card, American Express
For all credit card payments, there is a 2.9% + $0.30 service charge and for bank transers there is a 1% service charge.
Alternate payment methods such as personal check, bank transfers, cash, cash app, venmo, paypal MAY be considered on a case by case basis only
Late payments (even 1 day late) will receive a $10.00 late charge. Any payments more than 30 days late will be turned over to collections.
Customers may cancel their subscription service at any time. If you cancel mid-month, you will be reimbursed for any remaining scooping visits that you have pre-paid for except for any add-on services that were completed the nonth prior. To cancel your subscription scooping service, you must call or email Scoop Doggy Doo directly.
For any customer you refer to Scoop Doggy Doo that signs up for a monthly scooping subscription, you will receive a $10 credit on your next billing cycle. There is no limit to how many customers you refer! All first responders, active military, and military veterans will receive a 10% discount on ALL scooping services. First responders include: Police, Firefighters, EMTs and Paramedics. For any discounts to apply, proof of status or employment may be asked.
Here at Scoop Doggy Doo we LOVE our customers and their pets. We ALWAYS want you to be 100% satisfied with our scooping service. However, if you are unsatisfied with our work, please notify us immediately (same day) and we will come back at no additional charge!
Scoop Doggy Doo will collect personal information such as but not limited to: name, home address, phone number, email address, payment information, yard access information, gate codes, pad lock keys, how many pets, your pets size, behavior of your pet(s) yard size, and present condition of your yard etc. If you are a first responder, active military, or veteran, we may ask for proof for customers to receive discounts. This information will be obtained via telephone, third-party digital scheduling, text messaging, Scoop Doggy Doo Website, email, and social media private messaging. All information collected is provided by you, the customer, voluntarily. We collect this information to be able to provide Scoop Doggy Doo pet waste management services. Your information is for Scoop Doggy Doo use only. We will never sell your information to third parties.
We may provide user information to our third party billing and invoicing service (Jobber) including without limitation: to process your credit card payment, sending promotional information, invoicing and billing, data tracking, maintenance, or development of our systems. We may also share your personal information in connection with Law enforcement requests or in response to investigations, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims or as otherwise required by law.
Scoop Doggy Doo provides the above services to you subject to the terms, which may be amended from time to time with or without notice to you as the customer. Any amendment will be effective the day we make the change and noted with the date at the top of this policy form on our website only. We recommend that you make sure to view our website and these terms regularly. Your continued use of our pet waste management service shall constitute acceptance to any changes to the Terms. At no time will Scoop Doggy Doo raise or change service pricing without ample notice to you as the customer.
All scooping prices are found on the main page of our website. All service pricing indicates "starting at". Once you've received and agreed upon our scooping services quote, that will be your reoccurring charge if you're subscribed to monthly, weekly, or biweekly scooping service unless you add or remove additional services. If you add or remove services, that price change will reflect on your next month billing/invoice
